About the department

Our customer service staff support patients at health centre reception desks, in changing areas, at the call centre, and at the information desk and emergency department reception.

Kõnekeskus koordineerib suhtlust patsientidega, pakkudes infot, broneerides aegu ja lahendades päringuid.

The department is headed by

Haigla klienditeenindus juhib patsiendisuhtlust, korraldab teenindusprotsessi ja aitab leida kiiresti sobiva tervishoiuteenuse.
